Lady Gray Bridal was my first stop in my search to find "the one," and I was not disappointed! Lady Grays exceeded all of my dress shopping expectations. Tina was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. Tina and her daughter were a pleasure to work with. I plan on bringing my mom back to find her mother-of-the-bride dress!

Made bridesmaid dress shopping so simple! Friendly service! Doesn't charge for appointments!

I had a wonderful experience at Lady Gray. Tina and her staff were so kind, helpful and honest. She had dresses pulled upon my arrival of some of the styles she thought I may want to try on based on our phone conversation. She took her time with me, pinning each dress to make it look as close as possible to how it would look if it were my size. She put different color fabrics under the dress overlays to show me how the dress would look if ordered in a different color. After trying on several dress and narrowing it down to a few, Tina recommended I leave and clear my head as after trying on so many dresses, you tend to get overwhelmed. There was no pressure to purchase a dress that day. I really appreciated her sincerity, honesty, and professionalism. Looking forward to going back in a few weeks to try on the dresses again!

Best experience of my life!! Tina and her Goddaughter are absolutely fabulous! Tina is so experienced/knowledgeable that just by looking at me she picked out a few dresses. The FIRST one she picked I choose as my wedding gown!!!!!! Tina and Jamie are super sweet, outgoing, and made me feel so comfortable! If you are looking for that perfect wedding gown or bridesmaid dress, LADY GREY is a MUST!!!!

I have just begun the journey of searching for my bridal gown. Prior to visiting with Tina at Lady Gray I experienced the mass market bridal shops in Manhattan and boy could you tell there was a HUGE difference in service. Tina, who is the current owner and has been at the store for some 30+ years took over the business from her mother who opened the store 50 years ago! Now there is something to be said for a small town Mom and Pop shop that has been able to survive that long. Tina reminds me of "your best friends Mom", meaning she was happy to give her opinion and honesty but was not overbearing or pushy. My best friend/ MOH made the appointment for me, they asked her all the right questions over the phone in order to be prepared for the appointment. Once we got there I was amazed by the large selection of bridesmaid and mother of the bride gowns they carried! This shop has everything you need in one spot, including beautiful unique jewelry pieces and veils like I have never seen in magazines or other stores, and that because Tina makes them all to order! Not only does Tina make custom veils she also does all of the tailoring in house, once your dress comes in it never leaves the shop! I was further more amazed that the price of the gown included all of the tailoring and fittings a bride would need! After describing the style I was looking for Tina pulled gowns she thought I'd be interested in and honestly I couldn't have done a better job if I was the one pulling the gowns myself. I tended to lean towards the gowns designed by Maggie Sottero, however great quality and design was found in each dress. I have read some of the reviews below that make a point to bash on the fact that they do not allow photos to be taken of the gowns. I of course was saddened and frankly nervous once I heard this as well, how was I going to remember all the gowns and their detail?!? Tina explained that she had good reason for this and after hearing her explanation I could certainly understand her point since I experienced EXACTLY what she was talking about after visiting the bridal shops in Manhattan. I loved so many dresses when they were on me, perfectly pinned, and held in/up by the stylists. The image in the mirror looked great, but when we all went to get drinks after and my mom and bridal party showed me the photos they took I started second guessing everything. With that being said Tina assured me that I could come back and visit with "my dresses" whenever I wanted! My MOH also took diligent notes about each dress and their details and my opinion of them. I will certainly be coming back to Lady Gray, and I highly recommend that any bride in the area do the same, if not only to experience the compassion Tina has for her work and the industry, she treats each dress as though it belonged to a bride that was part of her family.
