I arrived at this clinic with many issues and no hope. After reading the reviews I was hesitant but gave it a shot. I must say I was thankful I did go. The social worker I saw was amazing. The environment and the office staff was welcoming and very inviting. I am confident I am in good hands. I have many friends and family who go there and are quite please with the results. Lou

I'm speaking specifically about BMH

How is it that a doctor, month after month, can NOT call in a medication for their patient that is supposed to help with depression and anxiety?? It's literally causing me more anxiety and depression. I have never in my experience working in the field or as a patient had such a terrible experience. I have seen Christine Slocum for 1 year and for 12 months I've had to call every month and ask her to call in my meds. This even led to health problems for me. I had a seizure and was told if I missed again I could have another one! Today is the first and guess wht! No meds! Let's hope I don't have a seizure! Thanks Christine! I would call and ask AGAIN, but I forgot to mention how disrespectful EVERY receptionist is. They all talk down to me. I've seen them roll their eyes at me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They also make me feel anxious and like this is my fault.

Instead of fixing this, management makes staff grind out "You missed an appointment -- Oh, you canceled? Let me check over in so-and-so -- oh, I see now, let's reschedule -- you already rescheduled? -- oh, I see, that was on the other calendar..." calls again and again. There's even forced 'why don't you come back?' letters from clinicians who know darn well folks aren't coming back.

*Cripplingly* bad IT / data management. For example, it's impossible for staff to see that you've canceled an appointment without checking with another location. My wife's therapist spent every single one of her sessions re-entering the same data.

refused to send a referral to mha, very unprofessional, only have one psychiatrist on staff so if you run out of medication you are out of luck. save yourself and your recovery, don't go to this clinic

Rude receptionists, doctors who don't return phone calls, threats to cancel your case if you can't afford to go as often as they suggest.

Two stars, however, because this is only an ineffective waste of time and money, not malpracticing quackery.

Go somewhere else.
